About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a consistent and scalable sales strategy to maximize growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Regional Sales Director or similar senior sales role in cybersecurity. They will possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to present and engage an audience.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in a fast-growing pioneering cyber security company, helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Security Control Validation platform. As Regional Sales Director for the Southern Europe region, you will be a true player-coach, directly impacting sales while being accountable for leading and shaping the sales business across the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consistent and scalable sales and marketing strategy for the region to maximize growth objectives.
- Develop account plans, initially individually and in time with the growth of Region with each team member, to achieve goals and consistently deliver against quota.
- Accurate regional forecasting and measurement of sales activity, providing reporting to the CEO.
- Create and maintain close partnerships with the management team and work collaboratively with our Picus teams (Solution Architects, Channel Management, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Growth, etc.) to support your Region in achieving your sales strategy, as well as exercising and executing the Picus vision.
