Vice President of Sales Iberia Leadership Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Sales Iberia to lead our sales team in the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales execution
- Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting to senior management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations
- Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Currently based in Spain with full right to work, and driving licence
