About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales Iberia to lead our sales team in the Iberia region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
