Benevity is a leading provider of employee engagement and community investment software solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to join our team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting and Revenue Growth: Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for your assigned region, with a focus on hitting your targets and meeting deadlines.
  2. Sales Leadership: Direct sales activities within your assigned area, set clear expectations, provide mentorship, prioritize efforts, and hold your team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
  3. Client Acquisition and Retention: Coach sales teams to uncover new opportunities, develop net new clients, build strong relationships, and demonstrate the value of Benevity's solutions.
  4. Team Management: Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a dynamic sales team, inspiring and empowering them to achieve business and revenue objectives.
  5. Training and Development: Train new hires on the sales process, ensure clear expectations are communicated, and provide ongoing support.
  6. Performance Metrics: Consistently deliver revenue targets, ensuring company objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.
