As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving client success and ensuring that our clients realize maximum business value from their relationship with us.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing strategies to improve client loyalty, retention, and growth. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to optimize client relationships and embed a culture of continuous improvement and strong associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing Client Success leadership team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client loyalty, retention, and growth.
  • Work with senior leaders to optimize client relationships and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources and ancillary costs to maximize revenue growth, NOI, and associate and client experience.
  • Proactively monitor business performance and operating results against plans and objectives.
