Regional Vice President, Financial Services

Appian is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in our Iberian Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I) sales team. As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your defined region, leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall quota is met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Iberian FS&I market
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  3. Collaborate with other departments, including Professional Services, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  4. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in the financial services and insurance industry
  2. Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
