Senior Vice President (SVP) Reporting, Tax and Control

Cint is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Reporting, Tax, and Control to lead our Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams. As the SVP of Reporting, Tax, and Control, you will report directly to our CFO and be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance and compliance across all our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Group Reporting and Consolidation: Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • External Reporting and Compliance: Lead the preparation and review of annual and interim financial reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including CSRD reporting.
  • Tax Management: Oversee the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
