Senior Vice President of Reporting, Tax, and Control

Cint is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Reporting, Tax, and Control to oversee our Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to our CFO and be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance and compliance across all our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation and review of annual and interim financial reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including CSRD reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Audit Committee, addressing and resolving any queries or concerns raised.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with publicly listed companies in Europe.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
