Senior Vice President of Reporting and Tax

Walters People is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Reporting and Tax to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will oversee our Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams, ensuring robust financial governance and compliance across all our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls across the group.
  • Lead the preparation and review of annual and interim financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including CSRD reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in publicly listed companies in Europe, Sweden preferred.
