Regional Vice President, Financial Services Leader

Job Summary

Importante Empresa is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Vice President to drive and manage the growth of our Iberian Financial Services sales team/business. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the booking targets within their defined region, leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and reporting directly to the Area Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales activities for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for the total sales results of all subordinates, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Participate in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members, assisting their sales cycles and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Work with and through other functional areas to ensure overall quota is met, building relationships with key individuals within our prospect and customer base.
  • Engage in strategy and tactical discussions with AEs and with coaches/champions to ensure Importante Empresa is best positioned to win.
  • Ensure the team is successful in all facets of their job responsibilities, including software revenue, relationship building, pipeline building, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead from the front, maintaining excellent relationships with other departments within Importante Empresa.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience to large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading teams/sales organizations through a period of change.
  • Management skills that include strategy and tactical planning/execution, territory decisioning, pricing/proposing, negotiating, and more.
  • Working knowledge of consultative solution selling methodology and practice.
