Regional Vice President
Importante empresa is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Vice President to drive and manage the growth of our Iberian Financial Services and Insurance sales team/business. RVPs are responsible for achieving the revenue targets within their defined region. They lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role reports directly to the Area Vice President and will work with other members of the sales and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure overall revenue growth is met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all sales activities for the team, including strategy and tactical planning/execution, territory decisioning, pricing/proposing, negotiating, and more.
- Accountable for the total revenue results of all subordinates, ensuring they are successful in all facets of their job responsibilities: software revenue, relationship building, pipeline building, forecast accuracy.
- Participate in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts, working closely with other functional areas to ensure alignment.
- Mentor and coach team members, assisting their sales cycles and providing guidance on consultative solution selling methodology and practice.
- Build relationships with key individuals within our prospect and customer base, engaging in strategy and tactical discussions with AEs and with coaches/champions to ensure Importante empresa is best positioned to win.
- Ensure the team is successful in all aspects of their job responsibilities, including software revenue, relationship building, pipeline building, forecast accuracy, and lead from the front.
- Maintain excellent relationships with other departments within Importante empresa (Professional Services, Finance, Marketing, Business Development Representatives).
- Have 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience to large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record of leading teams/sales organizations through a period of change.
- Management skills that include strategy and tactical planning/execution, territory decisioning, pricing/proposing, negotiating, and more.
- Working knowledge of consultative solution selling methodology and practice.
