Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales director to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales leader who can drive revenue growth and business success. You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a B2C/B2B/KAM sales team in the digital industry or in Telemarketing.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.
