Sales Director

EF English Live is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our European sales team in Barcelona. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the ROW and New Markets team, ensuring they reach their goals and continue to grow.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Providing coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, 2 of which in management.
- Previous experience in business development would be a plus.
- Fluent level of English. Any other language such as Portuguese, Polish, or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
