We're seeking an AI-Powered Business Development Specialist to join our team As a key member of our sales division, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence through strategic leadership and effective lead generation.

This exciting opportunity will focus on identifying potential customers, generating leads, and initiating meaningful conversations to expand our footprint in the healthcare sector. Your main tasks will include:

  • Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our AI solutions and generate interest.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and databases.
  • Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads based on our target market criteria.

You'll work closely with Sales Executives AI, the Sales Leader AI, the Operations team, and other key stakeholders to achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth and expansion through strategic leadership and effective lead generation.
  • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Initiating meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a similar sales role within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Ability to handle challenges, think critically, and find effective solutions.

Estimated salary range: €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
