Sales Development Representative, Revenue Growth Expert

About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth objectives. This individual must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, focusing on sales activities such as personalized emails and leveraging forecasting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build territory mapping and account planning for key accounts, executing through strategic campaigns or approaches.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within emerging markets (Eastern Europe and Middle East).
- Establish credible relationships with Infor's installed accounts to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Present the value proposition for Infor's business solutions within the COM IBU scope.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales, and other internal departments.
- Utilize Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management systems accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and managers.
Requirements
- Background in software selling or positioning.
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
- High energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
- Strong presentation skills, both face-to-face and over phone/internet.
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
