**Company Overview:**

At Autodesk, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team. As a key player in driving new business growth, you will play a critical role in profiling and detecting non-compliant companies, presenting to C-Level executives, and building internal and external relationships.

Sales Goal:

We offer a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. This is one part of our comprehensive package that includes opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, be comfortable communicating and negotiating at executive level, and possess native German and Business English skills. Key responsibilities include leading License Compliance engagements, educating companies on non-compliant behaviors, targeting C-Level executives, and collaborating with internal and external team members to ensure smooth transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy
  • Use data sets to educate companies and explain non-compliant behaviors
  • Target C-Level regarding needs and risks concerning non-compliance
  • Work with install base and non-customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level
  • Native German and Business English
