The Role:
As a Sales Growth Representative, you will work closely with our partners in both Sales and Marketing to build fanatical customer enthusiasm around MongoDB. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new opportunities for our sales organization, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth.
Your Career Path:
This role can be based out of our Barcelona, Dublin, or Berlin office, offering a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with collaboration. We invest heavily in the training and development of our team, providing you with the tools and confidence needed to grow your career. You'll have the support of our sales enablement org and managers, who will maintain 1:1 coaching throughout your career here.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
