About This Role

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is a native English speaker for the UK & I market. As a Digital Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on our General Business territories, playing a key role in building new business and expanding the Elastic footprint within a select group of high-potential accounts. Your mission will be to ensure customers across Emerging Territory maximize the value of Elastic cloud solutions throughout their organizations. If you thrive on creativity and innovation, cultivating and developing promising accounts, we're eager to connect with you.

This is a hybrid role where our recruitment focus is on people already living in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture specified accounts, driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions.
  • Act as a champion for cutting-edge technologies like GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts through original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.
  • Craft and implement a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution, gaining introductions, solving business challenges, and effectively positioning Elastic technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, partner, product, and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
  • Engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities, guide them through the sales process, and finalize complex deals.
  • Create a solid business plan using tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience within the software industry.
  • A proven track record of consistently excelling in SaaS subscription sales and deploying a sales approach leading to successful growth and management of both existing and new customers.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills, including written, oral, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

We are looking for NATIVE English Speakers currently living in Barcelona.
