Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Italian and Spanish to join our EMEA South team. As a key player in driving business growth, you'll develop and execute territory strategies to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities across white space territories.

Responsibilities- Drive awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within assigned accounts through strategic planning and execution.
- Act as a champion for our innovative technologies, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts and qualifying new ones.
- Craft and implement a prospecting strategy to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to yield exceptional results and engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities.
- 3+ years' sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions.
- A strong understanding of sales approaches and ability to deploy successful growth and management strategies.

- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
At Elastic, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
