Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Italian and Spanish to join our EMEA South team. As a key player in driving business growth, you'll develop and execute territory strategies to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities across white space territories.

Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within assigned accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Act as a champion for our innovative technologies, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts and qualifying new ones.
  • Craft and implement a prospecting strategy to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to yield exceptional results and engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions.
  • A strong understanding of sales approaches and ability to deploy successful growth and management strategies.

Benefits

At Elastic, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
