The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Representative fluent or native in Hebrew to drive business growth in the Israeli market. As a Digital Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for expanding and nurturing key accounts within our General Business territories. Your mission is to ensure that customers across Emerging Territory maximize the value of Elastic's cloud solutions throughout their organizations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture key accounts.
- Serve as a champion for Elastic's cutting-edge technologies, including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts through original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across white space accounts by leveraging creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships.
- Craft and implement a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, partner, product, and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
- Engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steer them through the sales process, and finalize complex deals.
What We Offer
A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
