About the Role:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients for Gartner in the EMSE region. Your primary goal will be to own a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Retain current clients while working to increase their satisfaction and account growth
• Collaborate with clients and prospects to ensure they understand and receive maximum value from their Gartner services
• Work within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including Croatian and English

Requirements:
• 1+ years of consultative selling experience with a demonstrated track record of success
• Strong commercial intellect, executive presence, and business acumen
• High level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach
• Fluency in English and native level of Croatian and/or Bosnian/Serbian
• Competitive nature with a collaborative mindset
• Problem solver with a passion for learning and a high level of self-confidence
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
