Global Animation Licensing Manager for Emerging Markets

At ZeptoLab, we're seeking an experienced Global Animation Licensing Manager for Emerging Markets to spearhead our animation content expansion into new territories. This pivotal role will focus on establishing strategic partnerships with key players in the global entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in animation distribution and licensing, complemented by exceptional negotiation and organizational skills. With at least 5 years of experience in managing international business development, you'll be able to drive growth, forge new relationships, and effectively manage existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Licensing Rights Management: Establish and maintain licensing agreements with prominent TV channels, VOD platforms, and YouTube channels worldwide.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue emerging markets opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships that align with ZeptoLab's goals.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve quarterly and yearly financial targets, ensuring optimal business growth.
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand ZeptoLab's video content presence globally, encompassing both existing and new products.
- Deal Negotiation and Contracting: Expertly negotiate contracts, leveraging your extensive knowledge of deals negotiations and contracting best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the animation content distribution sphere.
- Prior experience in deal negotiations and contracting is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, based on market standards and location.
