About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Global Business Development Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and generating new business opportunities across Emerging Markets.

Key Objectives:

  • To uncover pain points that prospects have, engaging them with thought-provoking questions and sharing insights which help them find a way to overcome them by considering ADP as a solution provider.
  • To engage prospects through social media, email, phone calls, and other industry-leading tools provided by ADP, building long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • To assign to a territory and work closely with a Sales District Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • To leverage our CRM (Salesforce.com) as your main tool to manage all of your work, making it easy to focus on what is really important to you, minimizing administrative or reporting tasks and having a clean, updated database every time.

We are looking for an individual who is masterful at communicating complex ideas, has a proven track record of success in business development, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a deep understanding of the ADP value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify lead and contact strategic data – Own your list.
  • Use all tools provided to make sure you build a multi-touch approach to each account – Understand the Cadence.
  • Detect favorable contexts that will enable your Sales Partner (District Manager) to interact with a prospect – Be knowledgeable.
  • Provide your support to other team members when they are in need – Help out.
  • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures, as well as suggest improvements to existing workflows – Get involved.

What We Offer:

As a Global Business Development Executive at ADP, Inc., you can expect a competitive salary range of €45,000-€60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
