Your MissionAs a Global Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential new customers to build a strong client portfolio
- Initiating contact through calls, LinkedIn, and emails
- Evaluating customer suitability for our services
- Solution Selling: Inquiring about customer needs, advising on our solution, and highlighting its value
- Closing sales and nurturing long-term customer relationships
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
- Developing industry knowledge and market expertise
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent English language skills, with additional European languages an advantage
- A proven track record of B2B service sales
- A passion for reaching targets and seeing results
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to attract new clients
- Consultative sales skills, great argumentation, and active listening
- Strong social and co-operational skills
- A high energy level and a can-do attitude
