About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Representative to join our team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in identifying and reaching out to decision-makers, uncovering new business opportunities, and generating sales-qualified leads.
Job Summary
As a Global Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business. You will be responsible for working with inbound and outbound leads, identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business prospects to generate new opportunities in the Iberian market.
About You
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of overachieving in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions. Relevant industry experience in the Iberian market is essential, as is your native Spanish language skills and fluency in English.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and continuously learn from peers and colleagues
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business
- Track customer interactions accurately using our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Achieve and exceed your targets, meeting and exceeding your sales quota
