Global Business Development Representative

Cataloxy is looking for a Global Business Development Representative to support our sellers on their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe. This role will be the key point of contact for our sellers, providing world-class support and guidance on compliance matters.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact in the lives of our sellers. As a Global Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our sellers have everything they need to succeed on our platforms.
You will be responsible for demonstrating effective communication skills, both written and oral, to provide prompt and efficient service to our sellers. You will also maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, always portraying Cataloxy in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures. They will also contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members with difficult contacts as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to provide world-class support to our sellers.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that our sellers have everything they need to succeed.
