Currently, we're focused on recruiting an Inside Sales Representative fluent or native in Hebrew for the Israeli market.

The Role

As a Digital Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in building new business and growing our presence within select accounts with high potential. Your mission will be to ensure customers across emerging territories maximize the value of our cloud solutions throughout their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and demand for our solutions within specified accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture these accounts.
  • Act as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies, including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts through original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.
  • Craft and implement a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position our technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, partner, product, and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
  • Engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steer them through the sales process, and finalize complex deals.
  • Craft a solid business plan utilizing tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years' sales experience within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills, including written, oral, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • Currently living in Barcelona.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, based on your location and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
