**Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will design and implement persona-specific training programs to equip Inside Sales Representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and deliver training programs tailored to ISR-specific challenges, such as prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline management.
  • Implement a blended learning approach, combining role-playing, live coaching, and on-demand content for continuous learning.
  • Lead ongoing coaching sessions to review calls, refine sales techniques, and develop skills.
  • Establish and track KPIs such as time to productivity, quota attainment, and lead conversion rates.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to function and implement initiatives in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
