Job Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic AI Sales Development Representative to introduce our innovative AI-powered platform, NOA, which streamlines healthcare workflows, reduces administrative burdens, and provides doctors with crucial insights to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via various channels to introduce our AI solutions and generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through social media, industry events, and databases.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads based on our target market criteria.
You'll support the AI Sales Executive and AI Sales Leader by generating and qualifying leads, playing a crucial role in the team's success.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calls for digital solutions.
- Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
