The Role
We are seeking an ambitious AI Sales Leader to spearhead our new AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform, specifically designed to improve efficiency and enhance patient care in the healthcare sector.

As AI Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  1. Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  3. Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
You'll collaborate closely with the AI Sales Executive and AI SDR, participating in key strategy and sales meetings to drive our AI initiatives forward.

Qualifications
To succeed as AI Sales Director, you should have:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry.Educational background: degree in Business or related fields.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a small sales team.Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Languages: Fluent in Spanish.A strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies would be a plus.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
