Senior Sales Director for Healthcare Division

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our Healthcare division in Europe. This exciting opportunity will involve supervising and coaching a team of Key Account Managers, developing strategic plans, and driving growth.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coach a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) in Europe for the Healthcare division
- Develop and propose strategy for Large Private and Public clients, identifying opportunities and setting priorities
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in private groups, public groups, and hospitals
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, leadership, transversal management, and project coordination. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for accelerating growth, achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives, negotiating annual agreements, and coordinating their deployment.
