About the Role

As a Senior Sales Strategist for our Vision Care Portfolio, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products across multiple sales channels. This position involves leading a team and overseeing sales operations for Catalonia and North of Spain territory. Based in Barcelona, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and monitor an integrated operational plan that achieves business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while managing operating expenses effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Accounts, Marketing, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role within an international company.
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Background in healthcare or pharmacy is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, strong sales approach, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
