Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Spanish team and drive growth within the clinic healthcare market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll develop and execute a robust sales strategy, manage the entire sales cycle, and elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimization.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders, ensuring they're motivated, engaged, and aligned with company objectives. You'll recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, implementing structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you'll leverage your experience in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or in-market environments, to drive results. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in establishing and executing a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector, where we're developing cutting-edge AI products.
