The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director for Business Expansion to join our HQ team in Barcelona. This key position will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and business success through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will negotiate and build strong relationships with large clients and partners, cementing Ukio's reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, focusing on optimal performance and career growth.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with key clients and partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in the real estate and/or relocation sector is mandatory. A proven track record in sales leadership, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential for this role.
