Italian Speaking Sales Director Wanted for European Expansion

Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organization based in Barcelona. This includes forecasting, reporting, and achieving quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will recruit, hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams, collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development, motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives, and provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English
- Experienced in using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software
- High energy, willingness to learn, and self-starter attitude
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per annum, 23 holidays, €500 contribution to set up or improve your home office, travel reimbursement, and the opportunity to work remotely (abroad) for up to 2 months per year.
