Account Director for Italian Sales Expansion

Your ChallengeYou will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of Sensorfact. With over 1500 existing customers, your focus will be on expanding our client portfolio and revenue. This will involve:
- Demonstrating our product through digital demos to showcase its value proposition;
- Actively pursuing customers to close deals and drive sales;
- Transferring new customers to the onboarding team for seamless integration;
- Supporting revenue generation programs at existing customers to facilitate cross-selling and upselling opportunities;
- Cultivating an industry network to generate organic leads;
- Collaborating with our sales development teams to secure product demonstrations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, including cold outreach and deal closing;
- Native fluency in Italian and business-level proficiency in English;
- A passion for working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and contributing to the company's growth;
- The ability to work independently while taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary based on your experience and performance (£55,000 - £65,000 per annum);
- A contract for 24-40 hours per week, flexible to suit your preferences;
- An employer contribution to your pension plan;
- 23 paid holiday days per year;
- A €500 contribution towards setting up or improving your home office.
