**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead our MICE and Transient Leisure sales efforts in the Spanish, Italian, and French markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Marriott International's External Sales team as a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

**About the Role:**
The Senior Account Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts across the MICE and Transient Leisure segments. You will work closely with the Head of External Sales to create and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and exceed revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and new customers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, organizing familiarization trips, and participating in daily departmental meetings and sales-related activities. You will also collaborate with other hotel departments and key contacts at Marriott International's Global Sales Office locations to provide quality service to customers.
