Sales Director for International Business Expansion

Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 basic + uncapped commission)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to spearhead our international business expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in Germany and other markets. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales on our B2B offer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and excellent English communication skills
- Tons of charisma and ability to engage people in conversation
- Loves meeting and beating targets
- Embraces rejection and quickly bounces back from failure
- Natural salesperson with the ability to change people's minds
