International Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to join our team at Isardsat. This role requires someone with a strong background in international business, specifically in management consulting and/or business development / sales for tech / environmental companies. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in this field, along with a passion for science and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining new markets for our main areas of expertise, which include support to mission concept design and performance analysis for microwave missions, end-to-end performance analysis for altimetry satellite and airborne missions, and more. They will work closely with our technical team to identify new business opportunities and project funding for both our Cat and UK offices.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also be fluent in English and Catalan, with the ability to travel as needed.
Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 per year. Location: Barcelona or Surrey Research Park.
