Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our international team of Account Executives. This role will oversee the development and management of high-performing sales strategies, drive pipeline growth, and build strong relationships with enterprise clients in the SaaS B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to achieve scale-up goals
- Lead an international team of Account Executives to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients to steer complex sales cycles to closure

Requirements:
- Proven track record in complex technical sales in the energy efficiency, sustainability, or IoT sectors
- Experience working in startups or scale-ups with demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting quotas
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing sales team
