Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, emphasizing their benefits and unique features to drive interest and sales.
- Lead Management & Negotiation: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, follow up diligently on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and B2 level English proficiency is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
- Sales Passion: A strong enthusiasm for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
