Sales Development Representative in Barcelona for Global Expansion

About the Role:
Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and cold-calls to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales environment to identify opportunities for sustained growth.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to preserve long-term perception of techniques, strategies, and competitor movements.
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
• Focus on driving revenue through proactive sales administration.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
• Respond to and provide solutions to incoming client or partner calls.
Requirements:
• Native level of German and a good level of English.
• Preferably previous experience in B2B Sales and experience in outbound/cold-calling.
• Being achievement and goal-oriented.
• Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people.
• Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace.
• Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
