About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers across Europe through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective telephone communication.
  • Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop.
  • Naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.
  • Surpass targets and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Polish and English is essential.
  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €40,600 (OTE: €35,000 base salary + uncapped commission).
