Business Development Representative for European Expansion

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers across Europe through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective telephone communication.
- Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop.
- Naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.
- Surpass targets and embrace challenges.
- Resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish and English is essential.
- A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
What We Offer:
- Salary: €40,600 (OTE: €35,000 base salary + uncapped commission).
- Generous Benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme.
