Business Development Manager

At Abroad Experience, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our hardware and software products into the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving growth in new markets.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMEA region, building relationships with key partners and customers, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with ideally fluency in Dutch and additional languages a plus.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the office industry;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation;
- Familiarity with the office industry and hardware products; and
- International sales experience in at least two of the following geographical areas: NL, FR, Nordics, DACH, IT, Eastern Europe.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
- Annual bonus structure;
- Travel reimbursement;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- Hybrid working environment;
- Laptop and company phone; and
- Pension scheme.
