At Cross Border Talents, we connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities across borders. As a Dutch Speaking Sales Representative, you will be part of our dynamic sales team in Barcelona, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of office and remote work. You'll spend two days each week at our modern office in Barcelona and the rest working from home.
- Client Outreach: Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships by offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively present and promote our products and services, showcasing their benefits and features.
- Lead Management & Closing: Follow up on leads, manage your sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sale support, fostering long-term relationships.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluent Dutch Speaker: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is a must.
- Proficient in English: B2 level English skills for effective communication with a diverse team and customer base.
- Sales Enthusiasm: A strong passion for sales and a desire to achieve and surpass targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence customers.
- Adaptability & Quick Learning: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
