About the Role

The Alpega Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in the Netherlands. This role will be part of the sales organization based in Barcelona, Spain, and will focus on acquiring new customers for the Freight Exchange in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target SMB companies in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Work on inbound leads and prospecting targets, including cold calling
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and generating revenue
  • Collaborate with the team leader, sales representatives, customer success, account managers, sales operations, and marketing
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service or software industry
  • Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Solution-oriented and international mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce is ideal but not mandatory
