International Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business meetings and opportunities through a multi-touch outreach approach, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Your Role: As an International Sales Development Representative, you will play a key part in driving business growth in the DACH market by identifying, contacting, and cold calling prospects and customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our prospect database, recording sales activities accurately in Salesforce, and planning and carrying out direct sales activities to agreed targets and KPIs.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a proven background in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the DACH market. You should have strong experience in B2B lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A native German speaker with experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and/or SalesLoft would be an advantage.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
