International Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying strong sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
About the RoleIn this role, you will support businesses in improving collaboration, accelerating growth, and fostering innovation. As part of the Business Development team, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for numerous businesses, engaging proactively with them to build interest while identifying and qualifying their needs to direct them to the appropriate sales path.
Key Responsibilities- Meet quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers about our offerings.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails (including cold calling), engage with C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available cloud solutions (solution-selling), and add value to the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect data in the CRM system, managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient level of German with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong ability to link business needs with the right solutions solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with professionalism and integrity.
- An estimated salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
