In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 SDRs across our German-speaking and international markets. Your primary focus will be on Compliance business, with SQL and Opportunity generation as key performance indicators. You will take ownership of recruiting, onboarding/training, alignment of activities, and performance measurement. You will drive regional and topic-based campaigns in coordination with Country Leads and Sales VPs. Reporting directly to EQS Group Management (Chief Revenue Officer) provides a clear line of sight into the company's overall strategy.
