Job DescriptionThe Sales Development Representative Lead plays a crucial role in our Spanish organization, contributing to sales objectives and generating qualified opportunities for field teams. This position reports directly to the VP Marketing Communications and is responsible for co-constructing the business plan with the demand gen and sales teams.
This role involves team leadership and management, including supervising SDRs and BDRs, coaching, and developing the team to enhance performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results.
- Leveraging Salesforce to monitor team performance, track activities, and improve processes.
- Generating leads for the sales team through direct prospecting activities and managing inbound leads.
- Handling a portfolio of strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities for the sales team.
